How long it takes for a hold to be available once requested is dependent on a range of factors including whether the item is on loan or needs to be transferred from one campus to another.
To check whether your request is available:
- Log in to myLibrary using your UniSA username and password or your Community Member details (barcode and surname)
- Select Requests from the menu on the left
- Requests pending are not yet available
- Requests available are ready for collection at your nominated pickup location
Requests will remain on the hold shelf for 4 days. You will receive an email notification when the request is available for collection. This email will also indicate when the item will be removed from the hold shelf.
