Download Limit Exceeded

Our Library database providers restrict the number of journals and articles accessed by individuals.  This is to ensure fair and reasonable access is available to all users.  If library systems detect unusual activity by users (such as systematic downloading, copyright breaches or overuse) a message stating “Access has been blocked. You have exceeded your download limit" will be displayed.

The lock out period lasts 24 hours from when the message is first received.  If after 24 hours you continue to receive this message, please contact the Library using the Electronic Resource Access Problem report form.
